Felicity Huffman was arrested on felony charges including mail fraud for her alleged involvement in the shocking college cheating scheme on Tuesday, March 12, and now RadarOnline.com has exclusive details inside the famous family's lies. Click through 7 photos to find out more about the shocking admissions scandal.
Pals close to daughter Sofia Grace Macy told RadarOnline.com "it's unclear" if the teen knew about the scam. Readers know, Huffman was ordered to be released on $250,000 bond after her college scam arrest.
Both Huffman, 56, and her husband William H. Macy, 69 — who have two children Sophia Grace, 19, as well as sister Georgia, 16 — were recorded on a December 12 phone call with the accused mastermind behind the cheating scandal, Rick Singer. However, because the famous father did not end up paying the $15,000 for daughter Georgia to be fast-tracked into a top school, as they allegedly did with Sofia, no charges were filed against him.
According to documents, when Singer asked the couple if they plan to "do similarly as we did with the older daughter," Macy responded, "Yes, I think we are."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the power couple are alleged to have paid up to $15,000 for their daughter Sofia's stellar SAT score, which was 1420.
To avoid being caught, the $15,000 donation was made to Singer's charity Key Worldwide Foundation.
Sources told RadarOnline.com that it is "unclear whether or not Sofia knew what her parents were up to." In addition to Felicity, Fuller House star Lori Loughlin, 54, has also been charged after reportedly paying Singer to get her daughter Olivia Jade into U.S.C.
