Sept. 26 2019, Updated 5:39 p.m. ET
Amber Portwood is in deep water in her domestic violence case. RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that her baby daddy Andrew Glennon, who is the alleged victim of the incident, has provided scathing evidence to be used against the Teen Mom OG star at trial.
In the State’s Notice of Discovery Compliance obtained from Marion Superior Court, Glennon provided detective Linda White with three emails of evidence.
The first three-page email from Glennon is entitled “Amber Audio Clips.” The second is entitled “Missed One” that contains a doorbell video. The final email entitled is “August 7th 2018-5:39- First Blood Drawn” and contains three pages.
“Nine audio clips and one ring video (Video Audio 91919), associated with aforementioned emails, will be provided to defense counsel,” the court papers read.
The materials listed may be used as exhibits at trial. According to the filing, any persons named in the materials may be called as witnesses at trial, meaning Glennon is likely to take the stand.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Portwood, 29, was arrested on July 5 for domestic violence against Glennon after a fight over traffic to see fireworks.
The State of Indiana charged the TMOG star with one count of domestic battery, a felony count of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and a felony count of domestic battery.
Glennon, 35, then filed for sole legal and primary physical custody of their 1-year-old son James. He asked for child support and for Portwood to have supervised visitation. He asked to relocate the toddler to California, where he is from.
The court papers read, “Father believes Mother is currently unable to provide a safe, stable and secure environment for James on an ongoing basis due to her frequent refusal and/or failure to take medicines prescribed to treat her mental-health conditions, among other concerns.”
A no-contact order was put in place to protect Glennon, 35, and James. The son’s no-contact order has been lifted.
Portwood fired back and asked a judge to dismiss his relocation request. She sees their son during weekly supervised visits, while Glennon currently has custody of the little one.
Shocking Arrest
As RadarOnline.com broke, Portwood was arrested on July 5 when the two got into a fight over traffic while driving to see fireworks. She allegedly accused him of dropping the ball on their holiday plans. When they returned to their home, she allegedly hit him with a shoe. He left so Portwood could cool off. But when he returned home with their toddler, she charged at him like she was "going to hit him.”
Chilling Details
According to an Affidavit of Probable Cause, Amber “went to her drawer and took a handful of Klonopin and tossed it back like it was nothing. When he threatened to call the police, she “regurgitated the pills.” Glennon locked himself and their son in a room when she allegedly picked up a machete, which she had in her home for protection. “She hit the door with the machete and kicked the door and broke the handle,” the report read. He then texted 911 for help.
Amber’s Side
Portwood denied the incident with the pills and machete, but admitted to hitting him with a shoe while he was holding their son. The court papers claim she became upset when Glennon recorded her “yelling.”

In the first released clip, Portwood seemingly flipped on Glennon with James in the room because he woke her up at 2pm for an appointment. “If you don’t pick him up you f**king fat piece of s**t I’m going to f**king stab you,” she said. “Get your fat a** up and get him.” When he responded, “I thought you were watching him?” she seemingly fired back. “I’m not watching him today you’re f**king stupid.” Glennon replied, “So you’re just going to throw him at me?”
Blowout Fight
She then seemingly began yelling over cameras in their home. “You’re a scummy little b**h,” she yelled. “I wasn’t attacking you. I’m five-foot f**king two. For you to sit there and say I attack you. I will not do this s**t again. I will have lawyers up the a**.” He then said, “To say I will kill you is really scary, okay?” She fired back, “You are really dumb, okay? For you to even say that is stupid. You should not have woken me up this morning. I told you a million times.”
More Audio
In the second audio clip from Christmas 2018, Portwood allegedly said that she is going to tell James that his father is a "trash bag." He responded, "You should tell him how you didn't want him... How about that?" She then said she wanted a baby when she turns 32.
Turning Violent
She then seemingly said, "You tell me how I didn't have a baby for ten years, fat a**." She then repeated herself as she could be heard hitting him. He then screamed in pain, "Stop! I'm holding James! Stop hitting me. Stop kicking me." When he asked why she is "so abusive," she seemingly responded, "Because you're a disgusting abusive man who used my body. I'm going to say it to you one more time you ugly f**king fat a**. Get out of my house now. Take him and go. I'm going to make a statement to the press about everything. It's done. You have the audacity to say s**t to me b***h."
Death Threats
The audio ended with, "I will kill you. Get out. I'm going to stab you in the neck." Portwood's rep did not respond to RadarOnline.com's request for comment. It is unclear is the audio is the evidence provided to the detective.
