Radar Told You First: Tori Spelling Seen Screaming Into Phone Outside Lawyer's Office As She Gears Up For Divorce Battle With Dean McDermott
Tori Spelling was caught melting down at her divorce lawyer's office as she prepares to fight her husband Dean McDermott over custody and support.
Page Six obtained photos of the 48-year-old actress which show her screaming on her cell phone while holding a lined notepad. The conversation did not appear friendly as Tori looked upset while moving her hands around in fury.
Despite her agitation, Tori still looked ready for battle in a classy all-black business suit ensemble.
In the snaps, the notebook shows a handwritten message from Tori reminding herself about a 3 PM appointment with her lawyer. She added "custody", "support" and "assets" as things to discuss. The two share five children.
The couple has a long history of financial troubles, despite Tori's mother Candy being one of the richest women in Hollywood, and they might not have many assets to split.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Tori and Dean's marriage has been over for months. “Her and Dean have been done for about three months now. To their credit, they tried… they really tried. But Dean’s sex addiction became too much for Tori. He absolutely did not cheat, but he just wants sex all the time," our source dished.
“This time she’s done. Tori is a mom of five, has a business, and is working on new projects. She can’t just give Dean sex whenever he asks for it — and she needs more emotionally from him and he can’t do that. Some of the stuff I’ve seen has been sad," Tori's friend revealed.
No papers have officially been filed but all signs point to Tori heading to court in the next couple of weeks.
Dean has remained mum on his marriage troubles but was seen over the weekend flirting with a group of soccer moms.
