'Real Housewives Of Orange County' Star Tamra Judge Headed To Trial In Yearslong Battle With Alexis Bellino's Ex-Husband
Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge is set to face off in court with Alexis Bellino's ex-husband Jim after she refused to settle.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the Bravo star recently informed the judge she is ready for trial. The court scheduled it to begin on November 8, 2021.
The RHOC star is the last remaining defendant in the case which was originally filed in 2018. Alexis's ex sued Judge and her costar Shannon Beador for defamation.
He accused the two of spreading lies on a podcast with comedian Heather McDonald. On the show, the women spoke about lawsuits filed against Jim's trampoline business and his divorce from Alexis.
Jim was upset they called his divorce a sham and for claiming customers were left paralyzed after visiting his trampoline business. He also didn’t like them talking about him possibly going to jail.
Judge and Beador have both denied all allegations of wrongdoing. They claim everything they said on the podcast was either true or their opinion. The judge presiding over the case granted Beador's motion to dismiss.
The court also ordered Jim to pay Beador $137,000 in attorney fees. She recently released a lien she filed against his home after he coughed up the money.

The lawsuit was a focal point on Judge's last season on Real Housewives of Orange County. She revealed the legal action had drained her bank accounts and took a toll on her emotionally.
In his suit, Jim is asking the court to award him in excess of $1 million damages. Judge doesn't believe she owes a dime to the businessman.
Beador was ordered to attend mediation with Jim but it doesn't appear the two will be able to hash out their issues privately.
In a separate lawsuit, Judge sued her insurance company accusing them of failing to pay for her defense in the case. The reality star is still fighting the company over her policy.
Judge was a star on Bravo's show from season 3 through 14.
