New 'RHOC' Star Jen Armstrong Hit With $60,000 Judgment Months Before Being Cast By Bravo, Accused Of Refusing To Pay Business Bills

New Real Housewives of Orange County cast member Dr. Jen Armstrong was hit with $60,000 judgment months before being cast on the show.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, a company named Pawnee Leasing Corporation filed a civil suit against Jen on May 26, 2020.

The suit accused the doctor of breach of written agreement and conversion. In the suit, the company said Jen and her company Advanced Skincare Surgery & Medcenter leased a bunch of equipment.

Per the lease, Jen agreed to pay $1,442.78 for 55 months. The suit says the defendant breached the deal when she stopped making payments in February 2020.

“As of this date, the total amount of the rental payments owing under the Lease … totals $30,936.74.” Pawnee Leasing Corporation said due to Jen’s breach they were allowed to seek thousands more in damages.

The company said Jen had received the benefits of their goods and equipment, only to screw them over when it came time to pay. At the time of the suit, they said Jen still had some of their equipment in her possession and was still using it.

Despite being served, the company said Jen blew off the lawsuit and never showed up to court. In May 2021, The judge got tired of waiting around and granted a default judgment in the amount of $56,807.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Jen is also facing a lawsuit from a former client named Judy Hecht. The suit accuses the doctor of assault and battery.

Judy sued Jen and her company claiming she went to the doctor believing she was a top notch doctor only. She claims it turned into a horrific ordeal which left her face disfigured after a series of fillers.

Jen is accused of medical negligence, battery and failure to obtain informed consent. The former patient says she met Jen in October 2019 to get filler in her face.

Judy then went back for a “Exilis non-surgical facial rejuvenation treatment” for around her eyes and cheeks. She claims the procedure caused the filler to melt and ruined her face.

Her suit read, "Plaintiffs physical appearance was that of a puffy or fat face with her checks sticking out toward her head and ears and the contour of her face being dramatically uneven."

Judy says she kept going back to Jen in hopes she would fix her face like promised until early 2020. She says Jen refused to return her money.

The suit is seeking unspecified damages for the alleged to Judy's face.

The Bravo star has yet to respond to the suit.
