Meagan Good's Estranged Husband DeVon Franklin Seen For First Time Since Since Hitting Actress With Divorce Papers

Meagan Good's estranged husband DeVon Franklin was seen for the first time since the couple decided to end their marriage.
On Thursday, the 43-year-old motivational speaker was photographed at Washington Dulles International airport holding a drink in his hand standing next to his mother.
The movie producer looked comfortable for his flight as he rocked an oversized black hoodie with a black cheetah on the front and a black protective mask.
He looked to be in good spirits for the holiday despite his wife most likely not making an appearance at his family's dinner.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Franklin shocked the world when he filed for divorce earlier this month after 9 years of marriage. He claimed there were "irreconcilable differences" and there is no chance at a reconciliation.
The documents listed the date of marriage as June 16, 2012. The date of separation was listed as August 21, 2021 — four months before they revealed the split. The date is interesting because it is only weeks after Good rang in her 40th birthday.

On social media, Good posted photos from a romantic trip with Franklin in Santa Fe. They posed for photos kissing each other mid-bike trip. Sources say the couple decided around this time the relationship wasn't working and started spending less time together.
The couple had not been photographed on a red carpet together since late 2019 but were friendly with each other on social media up until around Good's birthday.
The actress has yet to respond to the divorce in court but accepted service by email — allowing Franklin to save money on hiring a process server. Franklin appears ready to wrap up the divorce quickly and has already turned over his financial documents to Good to speed up the process.
Following Franklin filing his petition, the former couple released a statement reading, ""There's no one at fault, we believe this is the next best chapter in the evolution of our love."
"After much prayer and consideration, we have decided to go into our futures separately but forever connected. We celebrate almost a decade of marriage together and a love that is eternal," they said.
