Machine Gun Kelly Accused Of Blowing Off Elder Abuse & Assault Lawsuit, Facing Default Judgment
Feb. 10 2022, Published 1:10 p.m. ET
Machine Gun Kelly is close to being hit with a judgment unless he rushes to court to respond to claims he beat an elderly parking attendant.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, MGK’s alleged victim John Martin Tilli is asking the court to grant him a default against the rocker.
He claims despite being properly served with the legal docs, MGK has failed to show up to court to file a response to his lawsuit.
In his suit, 49-year-old Tilli claims he was working at a parking lot in August 2020. MGK and Mod Sun were filming their movie Good Mourning with a U.
Tili claims the musicians did not have permits to film the project and he approached them. He claims they got aggressive with him. The artists and their entourage allegedly surrounded him and got physical.

The suit says MGK and his entourage started pushing him from all angles while standing around him. Tili claims he suffers severe emotional distress from the incident and is suing for unspecified damages.
Tili is suing MGK for assault, battery, negligence along with a claim of elder abuse — due to his age.
Sources close to MGK claim the allegations are nonsense. He denies ever getting physical with the man but admits being at the parking lot on the day in question.
A source close to Machine Gun Kelly points out Tili had no proof of any injury and waited a week before even going to the police. Law enforcement ended up deciding not to press charges against MGK or his entourage.
Sources claim the police made the decision based on a lack of evidence.
Tili struggled to serve MGK with the legal papers. He convinced the judge to let him serve the musician via an alternative method after multiple unsuccessful attempts at his LA mansion.
The process server claimed MGK and Megan Fox were not seen at the property for weeks.
Aside from the legal battle, MGK does have some good news after becoming engaged to Fox last month.
