Khloé Kardashian Dragged To Federal Court Over Bella Hadid
Khloe Kardashian is being slapped with a federal lawsuit over the promotion she did for her Good American line which included Bella Hadid.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, a company named Alo Photography is suing Khloe’s clothing company.
The suit takes issue with photos posted by Good American founder Khloe on her account, @KhloeKardashian.
Alo accuses Khloe and her company of using their photos without permission or authorization. The company says they took photos of Bella in 2017.
Bella was wearing a leather jacket with a pair of ripped black jeans made by Good American.
The suit says Khloe then took the images and posted them on her social accounts. “My baby Bella Hadid is rocking her Good American denim!! I love you Bella baby.” The model commented on the post, “Love YOU!!!!!”
The account says Khloe used their photo to promote her business without paying them a dime. “Without permission or authorization from Plaintiff, Defendant volitionally selected, copied, stored and displayed each of Plaintiff’s copyright protected Photographs,” the suit reads.

Alo takes issue with Khloe using the Bella photo because they own the copyright to the image. “Defendant has received a financial benefit directly attributable to the Infringements,” they argue.
The suit says the use of the photo helped Khloe increase traffic on her accounts, which allowed her to sell more clothing.
The image has since been removed from Khloe’s account. Alo is seeking unspecified damages plus an injunction prohibiting Good American from using any of their photos in the future on their Instagram or Twitter.
The company is also demanding Good American hand over all profits “attributable to the infringements.”
Khloe and the Kardashian/Jenner family are not having the greatest couple of weeks. Kylie Jenner's boyfriend Travis Scott is facing over 100+ lawsuits over the Astroworld tragedy that left 10 fans dead.
Kim is also being sued by her neighbors over construction they are trying to halt and Kris is being sued by her ex-security guard over alleged harassment on the job.
Scott Disick is also facing a federal lawsuit by a separate photo agency over his Instagram posts.
