Back in October, the judge in Kelly's divorce ruled the Montana ranch she purchased during the marriage was her sole property. The home was purchased by the American Idol winner in 2019 and the couple spent the majority of the pandemic at the ranch.

In court, Brandon had been demanding ownership of the home despite signing an iron-clad prenuptial agreement. He told the court he was working full-time as a rancher after quitting his job as a music manager.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kelly filed for divorce from Blackstock in June 2020. She is currently paying her ex $200,000 per month in child and spousal support. The breakdown of the support is $150k in spousal plus another $50k in child support.

The judge came to the amount based on Kelly's monthly income of $1.7 million.
