Kanye West is being investigated by the Los Angeles Police Department for misdemeanor battery after allegedly losing his cool following date night with Julia Fox.
According to reports, the alleged incident went down on Thursday around 3 AM in DTLA when an argument reportedly turned physical. Ye allegedly pushed someone outside the exclusive members-only club Soho Warehouse.
There's a video floating around of Ye, which seems to show the rapper irate. He's heard yelling, "Did y'all say that or not? Did y'all say that or not?" and "Cuz that's what happened right f---ing now."
The case is currently being investigated by the LAPD and carries a maximum sentence of 6 months behind bars. Hours before the alleged incident, Kanye had just planted a goodbye kiss on Fox, leaving his new girlfriend at Hollywood hotspot Delilah.
It appears he headed downtown right after.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Kanye seemed in great spirits while planting a sloppy revenge kiss on Fox. The two had partied earlier in the night with a slew of the rapper's A-list friends including Madonna, Antonio Brown, The Game, Floyd Mayweather, and Evan Ross.
Fox seemed on cloud nine, packing on the PDA with Ye both in and outside of the restaurant-turned-after-hours lounge. The rapper didn't appear to have a care in the world other than enjoying his whirlwind romance with the Uncut Gems actress.
Wearing a hoodie and dark-colored jeans for his night out with Fox, Ye appears to be wearing the exact same clothing in the scathing video that shows him yelling.
Kanye's girlfriend stayed behind at Delilah while the Grammy-winner headed off into the night. The actress did not appear to be present for the alleged battery incident.
