As Radar exclusively reported, the former MLB player is still trying to win back his ex but J Lo has moved onto another groom ... in the movies that is!
Ironically, the 51-year-old bombshell just wrapped up her latest film called Showgun Wedding. In the action-packed movie, J Lo is the bride and her groom is hunky Josh Duhamel.
She's recently been posting a photo of the duo on set in their wedding gear and if that wasn't painful enough for A-Rod, the knife was twisted even harder when Duhamel requested everyone "save the date."
J Lo looks flawless in the latest shot despite blood covering her dirty wedding dress. Her groom is equally stunning and messy in his stained tuxedo. Looking like the hottest couple to ever walk down the aisle, Duhamel's caption for the promo is definitely an unintentional punch in the gut to A-Rod who is desperately trying to win J Lo back.
"Save the Date," he said. "#ShotgunWedding hits theaters on June 29, 2022." His newly single co-star reciprocated the love by sharing the same couple's shot by writing, "Big news! @ShotgunWeddingMovie hits theaters June 29, 2022! We cannot wait for you to see this movie!"
As Radar reported, A-Rod hasn't given up hope on rekindling his romance with his ex.
“Alex arranged the meeting and even made a reservation at the restaurant where they had their first date,” sources told us. “There is no doubt that he messed up, but he isn’t the sort of guy who is used to being told ‘no,’ and is 100% confident that he can win her back."
It won't be an easy journey though because our insiders say, “Once Jen decides to move on, it is over."
Radar told you first, despite telling everyone they were "working on things" following his rumored cheating scandal with Southern Charm star Madison LeCroy, the singer and A-Rod actually split in March.
Sources say J Lo was "so embarrassed" over his alleged discrepancy the singer refused to let that be their breakup narrative.
