'RHOBH' Star Erika Jayne’s Company Spent Over $100,000 On Husband’s Credit Card In Months Before She Filed For Divorce

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Erika Jaynes company spent over $130,000 on her husband Thomas Girardi’s American Express in the months before the reality star slapped him with divorce papers.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the trustee presiding over Girardi’s involuntary Chapter 7 has uncovered a bunch of "transfers" from his former law firm to his then-wife. The list is only for purchases made in the year before he was forced into bankruptcy.

His creditors accuse him of embezzling their money and diverting it to fund his expensive lifestyle with Jayne.

After doing research, the trustee, who was put in place by the court to take control of Girardi’s finances, uncovered a series of American Express transactions made by Jayne's company shortly before rushing to divorce court.

As we first reported, in November 2020, Jayne left her husband after 21 years of marriage right as his legal issues were piling up. It appears she had no problems racking up massive debt on his credit cards.

The records show her entertainment company EJ Global received a ton of money from Girardi’s law firm.

On May 4, the law firm’s American Express was used to make over 21 purchases. The amount spent ranged from $1.03 to $2,009. The majority of the purchases were hundreds of dollars.

In March, Jayne’s company used the credit card to spend thousands on various expenses. In January, the reality star’s company used the American Express card to spend over $50,000.

The list of purchases was revealed as part of a 151-page filing in the bankruptcy case. There are endless entries for EJ Global receiving a ton of money.

Recently, Page Six reported the lawyer investigating Jayne for alleged embezzlement believes she spent over $14 million on the credit card between 2008 and 2020. Jayne’s lawyer denies the claims.

At the moment, the trustee is suing Jayne for the return of $25 million. He believes Girardi used the money on his wife when he knew his bills could not be paid. She is currently building her defense before responding in court.
