Dr. Dre's ex-wife Nicole Young has until the end of the day to get her stuff and leave his mega-mansion — that she had been living in while they battled it out in divorce court.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, Nicole agreed to vacate the 6-bedroom, 7-bathroom, 8,843 sq. ft. Malibu property by December 31.
The settlement states Dre's ex will take only her personal property from the home worth an estimated $21 million. The property listing describes the home as featuring "soaring ceilings," panoramic ocean views, and 3 levels of living space. The master bedroom is the entire third floor and features a professional gym, bath, and an oversized spa tub.
Nicole — who hashed out a $100 million divorce payout — also negotiated with Dre over certain possessions in the pad. She will get to walk away with a coffee table, Buddha statues, and dishes purchased from Italy.
Dre is walking away with his entire real estate portfolio which includes the home in question, a $100 million Brentwood estate, and several other L.A-based properties.
On January 1, Nicole agreed to turn over all keys, garage openers and security codes to Dre.
The deal states she will also pay for any damage she or her guests caused during their stay.

Nicole admits that the repair to the wall in the recording studio as a result of a broken water pipe needs to be completed and she will not be paying for that.
Nicole shouldn't have any problem finding her own pad with the $50 million Dre is about to deposit into her bank account. As part of the deal, the mogul will cough up half of the $100 million now and another $50 million next year.
As we previously reported, Nicole also walked away with a series of luxury automobiles. The docs state she will keep a grey Spyder motorcycle, a 2016 Ferrari, 2020 Tesla, a 2015 Cadillac Escalade, a 2019 Porsche, and a 2018 Range Rover.
The deal helped the former couple avoid a costly public trial that would have featured cheating and embezzlement accusations.
