Spending Holidays Alone! Demi Lovato Splits From Bad Boy Beau Austin Wilson

Demi Lovato and her model boyfriend Austin Wilson have split after a brief romance, according to her social media. Lovato confirmed the split herself when she communicated with a fan in a direct message and begged her devoted followers not to bash Wilson way after the breakup. She stressed that there are no hard feelings, writing to the fan, "Please don't go after him. He's a good guy. Much better than what people see on the outside just because he's got a lot of tattoos. Breakups are hard for both parties involved. Just stay nice and say prayers."
Now it appears the "Sorry Not Sorry" singer, 27, will be spending the holidays unattached. Lovato has had a tough time as in July 2018, she suffered an overdose. She completed 90 days in rehab after her hospitalization. She went Instagram official with Wilson, 25, on November 13, posting a photo of him kissing her cheek.
Wilson also shared a photo to his Instagram at the time, which he captioned, “My Love.” Recently Lovato and Wilson did a romantic photo shoot together with photographer Angelo Kritikos. But the star and her tattooed ex-beau have deleted all photos of one another on their respective social media accounts. “She’s concentrating on herself and her work right now, as well as focusing on her relationship with God,” a source told PEOPLE about the breakup. “She’s excited for what this next chapter in 2020 will bring.” Lovato is reportedly working on new music.
Days after revealing their romance last month, Lovato and Wilson looked affectionate on a hike together in Los Angeles. On Dec. 14, the two went to Disneyland. As Cosmo reported, it's not clear how they had met but Wilson, the son of a professional skateboarder, and Lovato reportedly were both friends of model Thomas Trussell III, who tragically died in October in a motel after a battle with addiction.
RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that Wilson has been embroiled in a $32,000 car crash lawsuit. According to court documents obtained from Superior Court of Los Angeles, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company sued Wilson along with several other passengers who were inside the rental car.
“On or about December 4, 2015, Austin Wilson caused victim and his/her permissive users and/or passengers to incur monetary damages,” the court documents alleged. “Specifically, at said time and place, Austin Wilson and Doe 1 Driver negligently operated a motor vehicle, legally, foreseeable and proximately causing an accident that caused the insured to suffer damages in the amount of $32,612.74.” Then on June 29, 2018, fellow defendant Hana Giraldo, previously referred to as Doe 2, cross-sued Wilson, who was her employer at the time, for indemnification, which means compensation for harm or loss.
“If Cross-Complainant is found in some manner responsible to Plaintiff, or to anyone else, as a result of the incidents and occurrences described in Plaintiff’s complaint, Cross-Complainant’s liability would be based solely upon a derivative form of liability not resulting from her conduct, but only from an obligation imposed upon Cross-Complainant by law,” the court papers read. “Therefore, Cross-Complainant would be entitled to complete indemnity from each Cross-Defendant.” Wilson was served in August 2019.
It appears a default was entered against Wilson on February 7, 2019. A trial date for the remaining defendants has been set for January 22, 2020. Before Wilson, Lovato briefly dated Henri Levy. They called it quits back in March after only four months of dating. According to a RadarOnline.com source, Levy was "toxic"to Lovato and her mother was "thrilled more than anyone that Demi had the courage to walk away from that mess."
Now Lovato is done with another boyfriend.
