Kevin Spacey Spotted With Much-Younger Man In Paris After Sex Abuse Charges Dropped

Kevin Spacey has been spotted getting cozy in a Paris café with a young man believed to be his lover, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal, as more accusations of his sexual inappropriateness swirl.

The disgraced actor appears to have started a new life in Europe, and happily posed for a picture with a fan while dining in the French capital with Evan Lowenstein, his “manager” and rumored squeeze.

This comes after RadarOnline.com revealed how Spacey, 60, was accused of hitting on the 15-year-old son of his late photographer pal Peter Lindbergh!

In an interview shortly before Lindbergh’s death in September, unearthed exclusively by RadarOnline.com, he said: “I know Kevin Spacey pretty well, and he was after one of my sons who was 15.”

“At one point, I said, ‘Kevin! F**k off! This is my son!’”

The former House of Cards star has denied all the accusations, and he did not respond to a request for comment.

However, the U.S. tourist who spotted him said the Pay It Forward star didn’t seem to have a care in the world!

“We sat at his table for about 20 minutes chatting,” she told RadarOnline.com. “He was very warm and welcoming. We were all drinking alcohol, but he was just drinking a soda.”

Spacey told her he and Lowenstein, 45, “worked together and were also friends.”

“Kevin still has a fan base in Europe among young men,” spilled a source. “He has a network of ‘pals’ over there and feels comfortable because he’s not judged or scrutinized … He’s more relaxed than ever!”

But he’s far from off the hook in his court battles. Although a massage therapist who accused the actor of forced sexual contact recently passed away from unknown causes, the case could continue.

“The estate of plaintiff can inherit the lawsuit and proceed,” civil litigator Allen Patatanyan, a founding partner of West Coast Trial Lawyers, told RadarOnline.com.

“This is not a simple process, however. The estate must have a court-appointed representative when the heirs petition the probate court. The same privacy concerns, to a lesser degree, that allow plaintiff to file anonymous lawsuits are still present when the plaintiff dies. So, more likely than not, the estate can proceed with the lawsuit as estate of John Doe.”

In September 2018, the alleged victim — named in the lawsuit as John Doe — accused Spacey of sexual assault, battery and false imprisonment.

In court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the masseur claimed Spacey grabbed his hand during a private massage two years prior, and made him touch his penis.

The trial was set to begin on June 23, 2020.

In another case, charges of indecent assault and battery of an 18-year-old male at a Massachusetts bar were dropped in July. Spacey had pleaded not guilty to those charges.
