Olympic gymnast Simone Biles' brother, Tevin Biles-Thomas, has pleaded not guilty to six counts of murder, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Biles-Thomas, 24, appeared at Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court in Cleveland, Ohio on Friday, September 13, wearing an orange jumpsuit for his court arraignment.

"I ask the court to accept a plea of not guilty on Mr. Biles' behalf until a discovery is met and exchanged," Biles-Thomas’s lawyer told the judge.

A bond recommendation in the amount of $1 million was provided.

"There is a no contact with any surviving victims," the judge ordered.

The Olympian’s sibling currently remains in Cleveland police custody.

As Radar readers know, Biles-Thomas was arrested on August 29 in Fort Stewart, Georgia for his involvement in a fatal AirBnB shooting in Cleveland that left three men dead on New Year’s Eve.

The victims killed in the shooting were Devaughn Gibson, 23, DelVaunte Johnson, 19, and Toshon Banks, 21. Two others were wounded.

"The investigators within the Cleveland Police Homicide Unit remained committed to securing an arrest in this tragic case,” said Cleveland Division of Police Chief Calvin Williams in a statement. “We appreciate our partnership with the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office and are confident that their efforts will bring justice for the families affected by this terrible incident.”
