Joe Giudice’s large family, including his mother, brother, aunts, uncles and cousins, came to support him in a do-or-die immigration court hearing on September 11 — but the group gave his wife Teresa the cold shoulder, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

In the Pennsylvania court room, Teresa, 47, dressed in a black pantsuit, sat near her attorney, but did not speak once to Joe’s ailing mother, Filomena Giudice, or his brother, Peter.

Teresa “arrived separately” from Joe’s clan, and “kept to herself,” an onlooker told RadarOnline.com. (As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Joe’s family finds Teresa’s recent partying in Myokonos and the Jersey Shore amid her husband’s legal problems “unforgivable.”)

Joe, who hasn’t been seen in public since his March 2016 check-in to federal prison on fraud charges, even made an appearance on video from ICE’s Clinton County Correctional Facility in McElhattan, Pennsylvania, where he has called home for the past six months.

“He lost so much weight, about 80 pounds,” the onlooker said. “He looked sickly, and sad.”

Joe’s lawyer argued the 49-year-old father of four should be released from ICE custody on bond while he fights a judge’s October 2018 deportation order in an appeal, citing the Guerrero-Sanchez case. (A federal court ruled individuals detained for more than 180 days are entitled to a bond hearing.)

The lawyer argued that since he’s been in ICE custody since March, he is eligible for release.

However, the prosecutor claimed that since he’s been convicted of past crimes, he should not be eligible.

“Given his sentence, 41 months in prison, two years of supervised release that led him to immigration custody, he is a flight risk and a danger to society,” the prosecutor said. "He has numerous interactions with police. He has a family here and there is reason to believe that he won’t turn himself in to ICE custody if he is ordered deported.”

Joe’s attorney argued for supervised release, and promised his client's total cooperation with ICE.

“He just wants to be here with his wife, brother and family,” he said. “Law enforcement will be monitoring him, plus the media will be following his every move. So I disagree he is a flight risk.”

The judge said he will later issue a written decision on the matter.

Joe’s mother Filomena, who cried throughout the hearing, grew even more emotional toward the end.

“We just want him home!” she shouted.

As a source previously told RadarOnline.com, Giudice will request to be deported immediately if he is not soon allowed to post bond.

“It’s been horrible, and he doesn’t want to rot away in detainment any longer. The moment he is denied, he said he will pull his appeal and get ready to go to Italy,” the source said.

As RadarOnline.com extensively reported, Giudice has been fighting an immigration judge’s deportation order for nearly a year.

In his most recent appeal in the Third Circuit Court, the U.S. Attorney General slammed his argument he should be allowed to stay in the country he has called home since he was a baby, claiming he deserves to be deported.

Meanwhile, his wife Teresa has been spotted partying and acting carefree all summer.

In June, she was also caught cozying up again to her boy toy, Blake Schreck, in New York City, four months after RadarOnline.com first revealed her getaway to Miami with the 26-year-old businessman.

She previously admitted she will divorce Joe if he is deported.
