RHOC' Star Gina Leans On Tamra After Husband's Domestic Abuse Arrest: 'They Are Closer Than Ever Right Now!'

The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter is gearing up for a nasty divorce from estranged husband Matt and RadarOnline.com exclusively learned she's leaning on co-star Tamra Judge for support!
"Gina is confiding in Tamra because Tamra has been through a nasty divorce before and her no bulls**t attitude has really given Gina a lot of strength," a source said.
According to the source, Tamra also feels like, since she brought Gina on the show to begin with, "she needs to be her protector."
"Although the two have had their share of differences in the past, Tamra is, ultimately, one of the strongest women in the world. They are closer than ever right now."
Gina's life was flipped upside down on June 22 when her husband allegedly attacked her. According to the temporary restraining order request obtained by Radar, Matt, 35, allegedly hit, choked, dragged and threatened to "kill" his wife after an argument.
After Matt lost his lucrative job following the incident, Gina was faced with uncertainty surrounding her career and ability to raise the former couple's kids Nicolas, 7, Sienna, 5, and Luca, 4.
"Tamra has been like a big sister to Gina and she's been so helpful with everything, including the kids," the source told Radar.
However, as fans know, Tamra, 51, has her own set of problems to deal with, as her husband Eddie is still facing serious health setbacks related to his atrial fibrillation.
"Eddie has another procedure coming up, so he is not in the clear just yet. But he has gotten back to the gym and has been doing much better," the insider revealed.
"Tamra is still a nervous wreck over that, so being able to help Gina has sort of taken her mind off her own issues."
