Reconciliation Over: ‘RHOC’s Gina Kirschenheiter Files For Restraining Order After Husband’s Arrest

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported earlier this month, The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter had gotten back together with her estranged husband, Matt — but the sweet reunion seems to be over now after a shocking arrest.
On June 22, Matt, 35, was arrested and jailed in Orange County, California, RadarOnline.com can confirm from jail records. He posted bond, and was released on June 23 at 1:06 am.
Gina, 35, promptly filed for an emergency domestic violence restraining order on June 24, RadarOnline.com can report from O.C. court records. A hearing was held the same day, though it’s not immediately clear if the order was granted.
The Blast was first to report the shocking news.
As RadarOnline.com first reported, Gina reconciled with Matt one year after she filed for divorce.
She posted a gushing Instagram tribute to Matt on his June 11 birthday, claiming “I’m your person, and you’re mine.”
“So sweet and I’m so happy for you,” RHOC costar Vicki Gunvalson responded.
Gina has also had troubles with the law this year. In January, she was arrested for DUI.
“I made a very bad choice the other night after a mom’s night out,” Gina told RadarOnline.com at the time.
“I am extremely disappointed in myself and regret my actions wholeheartedly. I have learned a valuable lesson and hope to show you all that this one incident does not define me.”
