Rosie O’Donnell’s once-estranged daughter is going through a nasty divorce – and it keeps getting worse!

RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Chelsea O’Donnell, 21, has accused her ex Nick Alliegro’s girlfriend of selling her possessions on Facebook behind her back. The shocking accusations are detailed in court documents obtained by Radar.

“Respondent lives in Texas and has in his possession or control several of my personal belongings, including my couch, TV stand, coffee table, clothing, and pots and pans from my mother,” Chelsea wrote in the scathing documents.

What’s more is Chelsea pointed the finger at Nick’s new girlfriend for attempting to sell Chelsea’s couch and table using social media. She even included screenshots of the attempted sales to prove it to the court.

“Recently, I discovered Respondent’s girlfriend, Sarah Kathryn Bohner, is selling or has sold these items on Facebook,” Chelsea wrote.

The screenshot showed a Facebook post from April 23 in which Nick’s alleged girlfriend captioned it, “Grey suede with white stitching. Smoke free home. Less than two years old. Very comfortable!”

Nick’s girlfriend also allegedly stated that they are “moving across country and don’t want to haul it with us.”

As RadarOnline.com reported last September, the court issued a stipulated temporary order stating that Chelsea shall have use and possession of her personal property that was held by Nick at the time.

Rosie’s angry daughter claimed that the court placed a stipulated temporary order at the time – and she has yet to receive the items.

“Despite requesting Respondent provide these items to me, he has refused to do so and we disagree over who should be responsible for transporting these items,” Chelsea argued in court papers.

Rosie’s daughter demanded that the court hold Nick in contempt. She also requested the items be returned to her or for her ex to provide all of the funds received from the sales of her property to her within five days.

Chelsea also demanded Nick pick up the legal fees for the recent court filing.

The latest filing comes on the heels of Chelsea and Nick’s recent submission to DNA testing, which confirmed that the father of Chelsea’s five-month-old daughter is not Nick’s child.

Rosie and Chelsea appeared to have made amends since their bitter feud years ago. Shortly after Chelsea gave birth, Rosie gushed about her first grandchild.
