Allison Mack’s Nightmare! Sex Cult Leader Keith Slapped With Child Porn Charges
March 14 2019, Updated 2:26 p.m. ET
The criminal charges against Smallville actress Allison Mack and her NXIVM co-defendants are piling up by the week.
RadarOnline.com can report that the actress’s NXIVM superior, Keith Raniere, has been slapped with additional charges including child pornography in a new superseding indictment filed Wednesday in federal court.
On March 13, the U.S. government filed the second superseding indictment in the case, which includes the charges of possession of child pornography and two counts of charging sexual exploitation of a child. U.S. attorneys warned the NXIVM defendants of the additional charges in federal court last week, RadarOnline.com reported.
According to explosive indictment obtained by RadarOnline.com, Raniere has been slapped with two additional counts of sexual exploitation of a child and one count charging possession of child pornography. Four additional racketeering acts are also included in the new court records.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Raniere, Mack, Kathy Russell, Lauren Salzman and Clare Bronfman have already been charged with multiple counts of racketeering conspiracy.
The new indictment accuses cult mastermind Raniere of sexually exploiting a child “on or about” November 2, 2005 and November 24, 2005.
The government alleges that Raniere “did knowingly and intentionally employ, use, persuade, induce, entice and coerce a minor.” It accuses the sex cult creep of producing “visual depictions” of the minor “engaging in sexually explicit conduct” that were then “mailed, shipped and transported.”

Raniere is also accused of possession of child pornography “between November 2005 and March 2018.” Raniere was initially arrested for the sex crimes last year. He has been denied bail a total of three times by a federal court judge.
Also on Wednesday, the sixth defendant in the case, Nancy Salzman, pleaded guilty to racketeering charges. The shocking plea has since removed her from the second indictment.
Also in the new legal records, Mack is accused of acting as Raniere’s “first-line master” for the alleged sex cult ring known as DOS. Mack has been accused of grooming women to sleep with Raniere, in addition to branding female victims with she and Raniere’s initials using a cauterizing iron.
The remaining five defendants were expected to attend a federal court hearing on Thursday, March 14. Raniere and Mack, however, have requested permission to skip out on the hearing amid the new charges.
