The third very expensive wheel.

Johnny Depp claimed his wife Amber Heard was “spending time in a new relationship” with Tesla founder Elon Musk while they were married, according to his shocking $50 million lawsuit against his ex-wife.

Depp has sued Heard for defamation after she penned an op-ed claiming she was a “public figure representing domestic abuse,” a charge that he vehemently denied, writing in his lawsuit that her claims were “an elaborate hoax.”

According to his lawsuit, first reported by The Blast, Depp said “false allegations” against him were “an elaborate hoax to generate positive publicity” for Heard to “advance her career.”

The court documents reportedly said: “Ms. Heard is not a victim of domestic abuse; she is a perpetrator.”

Depp also accused his wife of forging a “relationship” with Musk shortly after they were married.

“Unbeknownst to Mr. Depp, no later than one month after his marriage to Ms. Heard, she was spending time in a new relationship with Tesla and Space-X founder, Elon Musk,” the documents reportedly stated.

The Pirates of the Caribbean star said Heard has multiple “late night” visits from the Tesla founder at Depp’s residence. He claimed his wife asked building security to “give her ‘friend Elon’ access to the building’s parking garage and the penthouse elevator ‘late at night.’”

The actor’s attorneys claimed the security staff were deposed and testified that they observed Musk leaving the building the morning after his alleged visits with Heard.

Depp claimed Musk was given access to spend the night at the Los Angeles apartment the same night Heard “presented her battered face to the public.”

Depp’s documents reportedly said her claims of domestic abuse were therefore an “elaborate hoax.”

When Depp and Heard began dating and she was filming the 2013 movie Machete Kills, Musk sent repeated emails requesting a meeting with her.

Musk’s infatuation with Heard led him to send messages that said:

"If there is a party or event with Amber, I'd be interested in meeting her just out of curiosity,” the Hollywood Reporter revealed. “Allegedly, she is a fan of George Orwell and Ayn Rand … most unusual."

The director Robert Rodriguez set up the dinner but Heard did not show up.

Musk sent a follow-up email that said: "Can you send her a note saying I would like to get together for lunch in LA? Am not angling for a date. I know she's in a long-term relationship, but … Amber just seems like an interesting person to meet."

Depp and Heard married in Feb. 2015 and she filed for divorce in May 2016 after claiming he physically assaulted her. She was given a $7million settlement by Depp which she reportedly donated to several charities.
