Joe Giudice Released From Prison: Star Now Detained In Maximum-Security Facility
March 14 2019, Updated 3:42 p.m. ET
Joe Giudice was released from his Allenwood, Pennsylvania federal prison and handed over to ICE in the early hours of Thursday, March 14, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
"He was released overnight," a Bureau of Prisons spokesperson exclusively told RadarOnline.com.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa's felon husband, 48, served three years behind bars on multiple fraud charges.
RadarOnline.com was the very first to report that the father of four would be thrown into the custody of immigration officials upon his release.
Now, Joe awaits an immigration judge's decision on his fate.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, the jailbird was ordered to be deported back to his native Italy in October for his crimes. He appealed the ruling the following month, and the final decision is still pending.
If he's kicked out of the country, he will be booted from his marriage as well, his wife Teresa said.
Teresa, who previously served 11 months in prison for fraud, told Andy Cohen on the RHONJ reunion she will definitely leave Joe if he's deported.
“I’m not doing a long-distance relationship. I’m not doing it. I want somebody with me every day," the 46-year-old said.
She already seems to have moved on from her husband of 20 years.
RadarOnline.com exclusively caught the slick star holding hands with businessman boy toy Blake Schreck, 26, during their romantic weekend together in Miami last month.
Though Teresa's attorney claimed they were just friends, and he was helping her to her car because she was wearing heels and had been drinking wine, RadarOnline.com spotted the two together at least four times during the Presidents Day Weekend getaway.
