Shannon Beador is officially off the hook in the $1 million defamation lawsuit brought on by former castmate Alexis Bellino’s ex-husband Jim and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that she's “completely relieved!”

“This lawsuit was such a waste of time. His claims against her were complete b***s**t. He is such a vile man,” a source close to The Real Housewives of Orange County star said.

The drama exploded in July 2018 when Jim, 56, filed the lawsuit against Beador, 54, and co-star Tamra Judge, 51, claiming that the RHOC stars made inappropriate remarks about him and wife Alexis, 42, which were damaging to him and his company Jump Management Co., LLC.

But Beador’s lawyers were not having any of it — and neither did the courts!

SEE SHOCKING COURT DOCUMENTS

“The Court further finds that Plaintiffs have not established a probability of prevailing against Ms. Beador on their Second Cause of Action for Defamation, Third Cause of Action for Trade Libel, Fourth Cause of Action for False Light, Fifth Cause of Action for Intentional Interference with Prospective Economic Advantage, or Sixth Cause of Action for Negligent Interference with Prospective Economic Advantage.”

“In sum, Beador’s motion to strike is granted in its entirety,” the court documents stated.

Although the case against Beador was dismissed, Judge was not dismissed from the lawsuit.

“The Court remains convinced that Jim has presented sufficient evidence to sustain his slander per se cause of action against Judge,” the documents stated.

Meanwhile, Jim said in a statement exclusively to RadarOnline.com: “We are pleased that the judge ruled that my case against Tamra Judge will go forward. We believe the judge got it wrong on Beador and we will be filing an appeal in the next few days.”

As fans know, Beador and Judge’s alleged defamatory remarks were made during pal Heather McDonald’s "Juicy Scoop" podcast in June 2018, shortly after Jim and wife Alexis split.

“He was very crusty,” Judge said during the episode, adding that Jim was a “shady mother f**ker” who was “going to jail.”

At the time, Jim told RadarOnline.com, “Among other lies, Judge and Beador claimed that I was 'going to jai,' that my divorce from Alexis was a sham and that my trampoline business is closed as a result of lawsuits and that people get paralyzed there.”
