“Shannon has lost 35 pounds so far since she started her weight loss journey and she looks amazing,” said personal trainer to the stars Charlene Ciardiello.
In November 2017, Shannon revealed that she was going to lose 40 pounds, which she gained during the end of her marriage to David. At the time, she told fans that she lost 25 pounds. So how much has she lost since then?
“Judging by these new photos, Shannon has lost 35 pounds and is only 5 pounds away from her goal weight,” said Ciardiello, who has not worked with the RHOC star.

“Shannon created a healthy balance so that her customers only have to make a few smart choices during the week, but can still go out and have a cocktail on the weekend and even go out to dinner once a week and eat whatever they want,” Ciardiello said.
Radar was the first to report that, in addition to a new body, Shannon has a new boyfriend, Alex. “Alex doesn’t care what she looks like and he tells her how beautiful she is and how lucky he is to have her all the time,” a source previously told Radar.
