Controversial race fake woman Rachel Dolezal will appear in court over alleged welfare fraud.

She will go to trial on March 4 in Washington State over the charges.

The ‘race faker’ claimed that she was living off only a few hundred dollars when in fact she had deposited $80,000 in her bank account.

Dolezal, who legally changed her name to Nkechi Diallo in 2016, was charged in May with welfare fraud for allegedly illegally receiving $8,747 in food assistance.

The 41-year-old faces charges under her legal name of theft by welfare fraud, perjury and false verification for public assistance.

The alleged fraud is said to have occurred from August 2015 to November 2017.

She hit the headlines around the world after her estranged parents ‘outed her’ back in 2015 for trying to pass as an African American when she was in fact white.

Ironically, prior to the revelation she was the head of the NAACP in Spokane.
