Hours after he appeared in a Massachusetts courtroom on Monday for a felony charge of sexual assault, Kevin Spacey was pulled over for speeding, RadarOnline.com can report.

The disgraced actor, 59, is facing a charge of indecent assault and battery for allegedly groping an 18-year-old boy in a Nantucket restaurant in 2016. On January 7, a judge ordered Stacey to stay away from and have no contact with the alleged victim.

Virginia police confirmed to RadarOnline.com that just after the hearing, Spacey surfaced at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Virginia and was caught speeding.

"He was pulled over and given a verbal warning," an official at the Washington Area Airport Authority confirmed to RadarOnline.com.

"He was told to slow down and he complied," the police official continued.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, a Massachusetts judge threatened Spacey with jail time on Monday morning.

"If you're charged with another offense while this matter is open, you could be held in jail for 90 days," the judge told the actor.

After the hearing, the former House of Cards actor's brother Randy Fowler slammed Spacey and labeled him a "sex pervert."

“This young man has only lived in silence for a year but the torturous emotions that this kid had to go through at the expense of my brother – this is just the beginning. My brother has been living this secret life for 40 years," Fowler said of the assault accusations against his brother.
