Black beans and meatloaf are not cutting it for Italian feast foodie Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino!
RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the 36-year-old Jersey Shore star — who entered Otisville Federal Prison in New York on January 15 to serve an eight-month sentence for tax evasion — is being a total diva behind bars when it comes to his meals, and has hired a fellow inmate to be his personal chef!
"Mike has befriended an inmate who happens to be a really good cook," Federal Prison Consultant Dan Wise told RadarOnline.com. "He gives the man cash for commissary, and has him buy food for him almost daily."
Then, the amateur chef makes creative meals out of the commissary purchases, which could include options such as canned tuna, Triscuits, chocolate pudding and Velveeta cheese.
"The guy cooks meals for him every single day and when he is done, Mike even makes him do the dishes!" Wise alleged.
The strapped-for-cash Sorrentino pays his "employee" in free meals, Wise claimed: "Mike doesn't pay him for his services. But he does let him eat for free, and to his newfound best friend that is worth all the money in the world."
Fortunately, Otisville does serve Italian dinners that likely give the star's chef a night off. The prison regularly features baked ziti, Italian sausage and pasta salad.

As fans know, big-eater Sorrentino — who recently celebrated three years of sobriety after struggling with drug addiction for years — revealed on the recent season Jersey Shore: Family Vacation that he traded in one addiction for another.
"I don't drink, I don't drug, I don't smoke, I don't even drive fast anymore, but food? Give it to big daddy Sitch," he boasted on camera.
Do you think that Mike Sorrentino will be able to keep up with his intense eating regimen in jail? Sound off in the comments.
