WARNING: DISTURBING SEXUAL CONTENT

Kevin Spacey allegedly rubbed the genitals of a teen bus boy at a crowded Nantucket bar in 2016, while the minor repeatedly shut down the House of Cards actor's advances, according to explosive court records obtained by RadarOnline.com.

The Cape & Island District Attorney's Office in Massachusetts on Monday charged Spacey, 59, with one felony count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years old or over in connection to an alleged incident involving the son of a former Boston WCVB-TV news anchor, Heather Unruh.

Spacey is scheduled to appear for an arraignment at the Nantucket District Court on Jan. 7, prosecutors said.

According to court documents, the bus boy was working at the Club Car bar in Nantucket on July 7, 2016 where Spacey and his manager were observed drinking. The alleged victim told the detective that after his shift ended, he was introduced to the actor.

In his report, Cape and Island State Police Trooper Gerald F. Donovan provided details of his interview with the boy, who told the detective that Spacey told him that his manager could "get him a job."

According to the alleged victim, Spacey asked where he attended school, to which the 18-year old replied he went to Wake Forrest and was studying business. The boy told the detective he actually had not started college yet.

He told the detective that at some point during the night, Spacey told him, "Let's get drunk," and the two proceeded to consume at least 4 to 5 beers before they started drinking several glasses of whiskey.

During the night and into the early morning of July 8, 2016, the boy said he was texting and Snapchatting with his girlfriend. Spacey told him to stop taking to his girlfriend, and then allegedly asked the 18-year-old "what he was packing."

The alleged victim "knew what he meant due to the context of the conversation they were having about his girlfriend," Donovan wrote in his report. "He told Spacey he was average and Spacey told him his dick was 8 inches long. He said he didn't know how to respond to that."

The minor then described the alleged sexual assault to that occurred in the busy bar near a piano where people were involved in a sing-along. The detective wrote:

"Spacey worked his way up to his zipper. He said this happened quickly. Spacey unzipped his pants. He wasn't sure if Spacey went into his pants through the open zipper, but over his pants and boxer shorts, putting his hand on his penis. He described it as a sexual manner. He was asked to expound upon that and he described Spacey to be rubbing his dick.

"He didn't know what to do. He didn't want to get in trouble at work or get his work in trouble. He knows he is only 18, he's not suppose to be drinking, and he's not suppose to be drink gin at his work. While Spacey is touching his penis, he was texting and Snapchatting. He thinks the touching went on for about 3 minutes. Spacey goes back and forth, in and out of his pants several times, more than two to three time, but closer to several times. Spacey continued the touching through the top of his pants. He didn't go in through the fly."

He told the detective he didn't get an erection when Spacey was touching his private parts, and that he continued to tell the actor that he wasn't gay.

the boy "could've moved away, but it was crowded. ... He described it was Spacey trying to jack him off, the way Spacey was playing with his dick, but he wasn't erect," Donovan wrote in the report.

The minor also told the detective he took a Snapchat video one of the instances when Spacey allegedly rubbed his private parts, which his girlfriend allegedly saw.

The girlfriend told the detective she saw Spacey touching his pants by the crotch.

She said his voice was wavering in the video and he kept repeating, "I'm not gay," as Spacey had his hand on his crotch area, according to Donovan's reports.

He told the detective that Spacey kept asking him to go back with him to his home where they could take the picture that he had been asking for.

"It seemed like a come-on," Donovan wrote in the report. "He thought Kevin Spacey was gay and trying to get him to back to his house."

When he left the bar sometime after 1 a.m., the alleged victim said he received a text message from Spacey, who wrote, "I think we lost each other.'"

Donovan also interviewed the bartender at the Club Car the night of July 7, 2016 and into the next morning.

The bartender told the detective he didn't see the minor drinking and if he did, he would would put the "kibosh" on it.

He said he didn't see Spacey assault or sexually assault anyone that night.

The bartender "described the Club Car that night as a normal, crazy night other than Spacey showing up," Donovan wrote in his report. "He said every night was like Saturday night in the summer."

RadarOnline.com previously reported Spacey's been laying low in a gated community in Thousand Oaks, California, terrified of the accusations against him.

He's been accused by multiple men of sexual misconduct over the past year.
