Ed Westwick's Alleged Rape Victim Blasts D.A.'s Decision Not To Charge Him

Ed Westwick is off the hook on sexual assault accusations, and now one of his alleged victims tells RadarOnline.com exclusively she's horrified at the district attorney's decision not to charge him.

"We did all we could do," said an emotional Kristina Cohen, who accused the actor of raping her, adding prayers were much-needed during this time. "This is so incredibly awful."

The L.A. District Attorney revealed on Friday that the Gossip Girl star will not be charged with sexual assault following "insufficient evidence."

According to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the D.A. was unable to confirm witness accounts during the alleged assaults.

"Three separate women recently reported to law enforcement that suspect sexually assaulted them at the three different times in 2014," the documents read.

Meanwhile, police were unable to get a hold of the third victim who had initially filed a complaint against the 31-year-old actor.

"The investigating officer tried numerous times but was unsuccessful in contacting Victim 3 for a follow-up investigation and a pre-filing interview," the investigators stated in the filing. "Prosecution is declined on this incident due to unavailability of victim."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, four women in total have come out against the actor.

Cohen was the first alleged victim to claim Westwick sexually assaulted her in his apartment.

Aurelie Wynn and Rachel Eck, a former actress and former executive assistant, came forward with their own accusations later that month.

Haley Freedman was the fourth woman to speak out and accuse Westwick of rape.

“I was raped by Ed Westwick — and I wouldn’t wish what happened to me on anyone else. Someone has to hold him responsible for what he did to me!” Freedman said back in April.

Westwick has maintained his innocence.
