Actor Eric Balfour Accused Of Harassing Neighbors - Details
Actor Eric Balfour has been accused of harassing his neighbors.
The Blast website has reported that the 'Haven' and 'Dinoshark' star allegedly carried out the bad behavior for years.

The family is claiming he peering into bedroom and bathroom windows and left threatening letters in the mailbox.
However, Balfour, 41, is disputing the claims and believes it they are being waged because of an ongoing neighbor war.
Neighbor Nuanchan Suklom has filed for a request for a restraining order against Balfour in the Venice area of Los Angeles.
He claims the actor has been harassing him, his wife and daughter.
Suklom claims Balfour is a "Peeping Tom at wife and daughter into bedroom and bathroom windows and takes pictures."
He alleges that Balfour took pictures of his family on May 6 before placing them in his mailbox.
Suklom says the harassment dates back to 2015, and regularly includes the actor accusing the family of owning a barking dog that they claim does not belong to them.

The neighbor also states Balfour owns a gun, and that he "claimed to have a gun in his pocket one or two times."
The judge denied the temporary restraining order until a hearing next month.
A rep for Balfour released a statement in connection with the claims: "Eric and his wife are currently renovating their home and were aware that the neighbor has made numerous complaints to the city about their remodel.
"Eric has been friendly and cordial through the entire process and even agreeing to the neighbor's requested changes. Any news of a restraining order is unknown to us at this time."
