In a blockbuster interview with RadarOnline.com, Susan Levy, who is still grieving over her daughter's 2001 murder, said she remains convinced that Chandra, who was 24 when she was murdered in Washington, D.C., and California Rep. Gary Condit, who was 53 and married, had a romantic relationship.

And it most likely was a sexual affair — which involved rough sex, she alleged.

"Of course they had a relationship! He didn't deny it, at least on TV," she blasted of Condit's ties to her daughter, who interned for the former Congressman before she went missing.

Ex-Rep. Condit, once suspected in Chandra's disappearance, recently co-authored a new book, Actual Malice, about the case to tell his side of the story.

"The book is weirdly written," she said. "It's sexually tantalizing to suggest something happened. But doesn't come right out and admit it!"

"I definitely believe he had some sort of romantic relationship with my daughter," Susan continued. "This whole thing makes me upset."

"I have records!" Susan also claimed regarding the relationship between Condit and her daughter. "I'm not going to publish it now but I do have records."

"There were quite a few phone calls, at different times, towards the end. There were at least 14, and they were at all hours of the day and night," she added.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Condit was never charged with a crime in Chandra's disappearance and he was dismissed as a suspect in the case.

However, Gaundique's conviction was overturned in July after his lawyers successfully argued that a witness in the case lied.
