Married For 12 Days! Inside 'DWTS' Standout Jana Kramer's Two Secret Divorces

As RadarOnline.com has reported, Jana Kramer recently separated from her husband, former NFL player Mike Caussin, after he allegedly cheated on her with multiple women and covered up a history of partying-related arrests.

But many fans may not know that the Dancing With the Stars beauty, 32, has been divorced twice prior to her recent messy split — and RadarOnline.com has all the details.

According to Los Angeles Superior Court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the singer married first husband Michael Gambino on April 14, 2004, when she was 20 years old.

After just two years of marriage, the couple filed a joint petition for summary dissolution of marriage on August 2, 2006.

They appear to have been separated for some time, as they listed mailing addresses in different California cities.

Kramer and Gambino, who was 17 years her senior, also gave up rights to spousal support.

The official divorce was granted on March 28, 2007.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Gambino never told his young bride about his past arrests for credit card fraud, forgery and receiving stolen property.

In a tragic turn, Gambino died in 2012 by what a source called suicide.

Three years later, Kramer married much older actor Johnathan Schaech, 47, on July 4, 2010 — but in a shocking twist, the pair split just 12 days later!

According to Los Angeles Superior Court records, the One Tree Hill star petitioned for dissolution of marriage on August 20, 2010.

She declared her earnings to be $19,000 a month before taxes, while her quickie husband took home $13,000.

In April 2011, the estranged couple came to a settlement.

"Petitioner has waived her right to seek spousal support from the Respondent…Respondent has waived his right to seek spousal support from the Petitioner," the documents stated.

Both were held responsible for their own debts.

Now, years later, Kramer is a single mom to infant daughter Jolie following her summer split from husband of one year Caussin, who is now reportedly in rehab.
