'RHOC' Star's Attempted Murder Hearing Postponed After Clash With Jail Officials!

Real Housewives of Orange County star Joshua Waring was scheduled to be arraigned today after he was arrested and charged with attempted murder on Monday. However, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that the hearing had to be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances!

Waring was scheduled to appear in the Costa Mesa Jail courtroom at 10 a.m. this morning, but didn't show. Officials told RadarOnline.com that the delinquent became rebellious before even appearing before the judge.

"Pursuant to the information provided by the Orange County Jail, the defendant was not transported to court because he has refused to leave his cell," a spokesperson said.

The hearing was rescheduled for the same time and place on Thursday.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Waring, the troubled son of RHOC alum Lauri Peterson, was arrested after allegedly shooting a man in front of his Costa Mesa, California home.

Police told the Los Angeles Times that Waring, 29, shot 35-year-old Daniel Lopez in the torso at around 2:30 a.m. Lopez is currently in the hospital and is expected to recover.

"Apparently there had been a previous confrontation between Waring and the occupants of that residence earlier, and he had returned," Costa Mesa police Lt. Paul Beckman said.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, neighbors were shaken by the chilling incident.

"At about 1:30 a.m. my husband was still awake and heard people out in the street screaming and cussing," a woman who lives across the street from the sober living facility The Way Home said of the incident. "He came back in and just said he wasn't going to deal with this."

RHOC star Vicki Gunvalson also reacted to the shocking news.

"I reached out to Lauri this morning when I heard the news, and let her know I am here for her if she needs anything," she exclusively told RadarOnline.com Tuesday.

"As a mother myself, I can't imagine how difficult this is for her.
