The Realest Housewife! Heather Dubrow Disses 'RHOC' Co-Stars Over Fake Breasts -- Claims She's Had No Work Done!

The women of the Bravo's reality franchises may pride themselves on keeping it real, but when it comes to the ladies of the OC, Heather Dubrow says they're all pumped full of plastic!

As the wife of Terry Dubrow, one of the country's most prominent plastic surgeons, Heather has plenty of access to top notch surgical enhancements. Still, the Real Housewives of Orange County insists that she has chosen to go au naturale in a sea of carefully crafted Barbie clones! “I’m the only woman left in Orange County who has natural breasts,” Heather told Page Six. “I haven’t had any plastic surgery.”

Her cast mates, on the other hand, are a different story, with Tamra Judge recently unveiling her latest boob job, and Vicki Gunvalson getting extensive work done on her face. “Most people say it looks good,” Gunvalson told OK! shortly after her surgery, while adding “some people say you shouldn’t have done anything, you were beautiful before.”

Despite being denied the chance to design custom breasts for his loving wife, Terry has kept quite busy as the star of his hit show Botched, repairing surgeries gone wrong, and providing upgrades for high profile clients. “There’s no upside to working on celebrities,” Heather complained. “If it goes great, they tell no one. If there’s a problem, they tell everyone.”

As RadarOnline.com reported, Heather appeared on this season of Botched, where she underwent a minor surgery on her hand. “The last thing you want to do is take your patients home with you,” he joked to RadarOnline.com, adding that his wife had been a “very good patient.”
