Vicki Gunvalson is proud of her new plastic surgery, even if some people are telling her it was a mistake.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star, 51 - who recently debuted her new cosmetically altered face - opened up about her new look and discussed how Tamra Barney left her feeling hurt in a new interview with OK!.

“Most people say it looks good, some people say you shouldn’t have done anything, you were beautiful before,” Gunvalson, who recently became a grandmother, said about the transformation.

“It’s done, it’s over with, it’s finished.”

However, despite the surgery, Gunvalson said she feels like she looks almost the same.

“I don’t feel like I look much different. But I’ll do whatever I have to do to keep looking my best whether it’s working out, eating healthy, getting a tweak. It’s my body. I’ll do whatever I want.”

Gunvalson, who has been at odds with her costar Barney for the last few years, spoke out about the toll that the strained relationship has taken on her and how she's managed to cope with it.

“I choose to back off. Tamara and I didn’t speak for nine months. It was very, very hurtful, some of the things she said. I was really hurt, I cried,” she admitted.

“I go back to work and back to the people that love me. I realize we are doing a TV show and that’s how we have to be and I have to separate the two. One’s TV and one’s reality. And my real life is not that dysfunctional.”
