'A Slap In The Face!' Kim Kardashian Is 'Livid' Over 'Vogue' Cover Snub — While Kendall Jenner Made The Cut
May 12 2015, Updated 4:48 p.m. ET
Cover girl no more! Roughly one year after Kim Kardashian graced the front page of Vogue — for an issue that was a newsstand disappointment — RadarOnline.com has learned that she was left off the latest issue of the fashion Bible dedicated to the Met Gala. And she's "livid!"
Vogue magazine's 2015 Met Gala Special Edition, on stands now, features a cover photo of Rihanna, alongside of a list of several celebrities' names, including Kardashian's 19-year-old model half-sister Kendall Jenner, as well as Beyonce, Jennifer Lawrence, George and Amal Clooney, Derek Jeter, Jennifer Lopez, FKA Twigs and Robert Pattinson, and Lady Gaga.
But Kardashian didn't warrant a mention, and sources say she wasn't happy about it.
"Kim lives for Vogue and has been obsessed with it forever," an insider tells RadarOnline.com.
"The fact that they didn't even mention her on the cover is hilarious, considering she tried so hard to be exactly what she thought Anna Wintour would want for the Met Gala."
But perhaps the internet-breaking mother to one-year-old North West tried too hard, as the source says, "Kim's sister Kendall getting a mention on the cover over her is a huge slap in the face! She's livid."

One possible cause? As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kardashian disobeyed Anna Wintour's wishes by posting selfies on her social media during the event after it was announced that guests were forbidden to do so.
Kardashian did make the mag's best-dressed list for the night — online.
