It looks like Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert's marital tension has exploded into divorce!
As RadarOnline.com has reported, the 22-year-old mother of three spent her third wedding anniversary away from her pipeline engineer hubby, 26, and skipped town a week later to party with pals in Nashville.
But according to In Touch, Messer couldn't escape the drama. After months of cheating allegations on both sides, a source tells the magazine that Calvert finally filed for divorce in their home state of West Virginia.
And in another bombshell for Teen Mom 2 fans, the MTV reality star— who as Radar first reported last summer, is struggling with a painkiller addiction — is allegedly headed for rehab to cope with her substance abuse problem.
"She's confessed to Jeremy that she has a problem, and knows she has no other choice than to go to rehab immediately," a source says.
According to a Teen Mom 2 insider, the show's producers are on board with the plan.
"MTV would foot the bill and force Leah into rehab because the network loves her," reveals the source. "They last thing they want to see is her going down the same dark path that co-stars Amber Portwood and Jenelle Evans did."
But don't expect Messer to publicly own up to her issues.
"She won't say she has a drug problem or needs rehab," a source explains to In Touch. "She's saying she's going to go away to a 'therapy intervention' place for three or four weeks so she can find herself and help herself be a better person."
Messer's ex-husband Corey Simms, the father of her 5-year-old twins Ali and Aleeah, will reportedly take their daughters while Messer receives treatment. And Calvert, daddy to Messer's 2-year-old daughter Adalynn, will care for his estranged wife's youngest.
"He's going to be seeking primary custody," a source claims.
