All For Show? Khloe Kardashian Back On With French Montana To Boost 'KUWTK' Ratings, Friends Claim

The timing of Khloe Kardashian’s latest hookup with ex-boyfriend, French Montana, is raising eyebrows within the reality starlet's inner circle. With the upcoming season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians premiering next weekend, the pressure is on to create buzz about the show — and this seems to be Khloe’s way of doing it!

As RadarOnline.com reported, momager Kris Jenner forbade the family from doing press to promote the new season in light of Bruce Jenner’s fatal car crash and ongoing transition. So according to a source, Khloe got creative.

The youngest Kardashian daughter recently returned from a highly publicized vacation to Florida with her on-off rapper boyfriend, and a source told RadarOnline.com, "She only got back together with him because of KUWTK! When it comes to the show, whatever needs to be done for ratings, she will do.""

"He is on the show in the upcoming season," the source explained. "French comes running anytime Khloe calls. What else does he have going on in his life? The answer is not much!"

But even if he’s not Mr. Right, the source said, he’s Mr. Right Now.

"For just hanging out, Khloé doesn't care if French is around or not. This isn't true love; far from it," said the source. "Khloe recognizes French also uses her for much-needed press for his music career."

Before going on vacation together, Khloe had also been spending time with her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, who still hasn't responded ​to her divorce petition filed last year.

In February, Khloe and Odom were spotted at the Trump Soho in New York City, although they stayed in separate rooms.

Meanwhile, Khloe is still refusing to divorce Lamar because she wants more money from their split, and is "content to let the drama play out on KUWTK," a source told RadarOnline.com. "With Lamar no longer involved, she can be the sympathetic person."
