Kardashian's divorce negotiations from Odom have stalled, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that she is the reason for the hold up.
"Khloe wants more property and money," a source close to the situation told Radar, explaining why she is still legally married to Odom.

"She already got so many things," the source told Radar, noting that she got their Tarzana, Ca mansion in their split. And even though they have an "ironclad" prenup, Kardashian is trying to make her ex turn over even more than she originally asked for, according to the source.

But for now, the source said, the former NBA star is standing firm, telling his estranged wife he's already paid enough. But according to the source, "She wants his house in Miami and more money."

The standoff may not end any time soon. "Khloe doesn't care to do anything with the divorce because they don't have a custody problem and she has a house that she can live in now," the source told Radar.
