Nick Gordon says he feels like "a caged lion" because he can't visit girlfriend Bobbi Kristina Brown in the hospital, where she remains comatose more than three weeks after she was found unresponsive in a bathtub.

Gordon recently turned up the heat in his fight to see the comatose 21-year-old, lashing out at her father for blocking him. And he's defending his recent Twitter rant in which he called Bobby Brown "a joke played out" who's using his daughter's tragedy "for publicity."

"Everyone has told me to stop tweeting," Gordon complained in a post to social media today. "Nobody is going through what I am going through right now so let me do me."

His girlfriend "tweeted a lot," he wrote, and "she would want me to do the same." The tweets will let her "know I've tried everything" when she wakes from her coma, he noted before adding, "I'll be the first name she calls."

Bobby Brown set strict conditions for Gordon to meet before he will even consider letting him into his daughter's hospital room, according to sources on both sides. One key requirement is said to be that Gordon must open up to the family and investigators about what happened in the days and hours before the bathtub incident.

"Mr. Brown is not law enforcement," Gordon's lawyer, Randy Kessler, told RadarOnline.com in a statement. "However, in response to requests from law enforcement, Mr. Gordon and others have made statements."

Kessler repeated his earlier request for a private meeting between Gordon and Bobby Brown to discuss the matter.

RadarOnline.com broke the news that Gordon visited his girlfriend's bedside on her first night in the hospital, but he was removed by cops.
