Over ten years after she was portrayed as the villain on Laguna Beach, Kristin Cavallari still has plenty to say about the reality show — and her MTV love triangle.

"It was a really wild time in my life," she revealed on Oprah: Where Are They Now?, set to air on Sunday night.

But Conrad, who started filming the show as a junior in high school, isn’t so wild about how producers created very real drama and a feud with Stephen Colletti, Lauren Conrad and herself.

"My boyfriend at the time, the producers would have him go and take out Lauren Conrad — take her to dinner, bring her flowers — which never would have happened if it wasn't for the show and for MTV,” said 27-year-old Cavallari, whose animosity for Conrad has cooled with time.

"I put up a wall and I put up a really tough exterior because I felt like they were really trying to take advantage of me," she added. "It was really hard."

And Cavallari hints that she never would have been on the show that “literally turned into an overnight huge success.”

"I cried for hours and hours after I saw the first episode," she noted. "I still, to this day, think you should be 18 to do a reality show, only because of my experience."
