Kristin Cavallari made a few jaws drop after posting an Instagram pic showing off a set of sculpted abs just seven months after having her second child, and with that, RadarOnline.com is taking a closer look at the fitness habits the former star of The Hills has embraced to regain her pre-baby body.
Cavallari showed off her sexy form on social media, writing, "Just got a nice little workout in.”
Cavallari told Access Hollywood this past summer about her path to a sculpted shape, saying she’d been “working out really hard.”
After losing 20 pounds, she said that “the last five pounds are really stubborn.”
Cavallari, cutting a slimming figure, stressed that “you have to eat really well and workout,” as she won’t put “any toxic chemicals” in her body.
The blonde beauty, who gave birth in May, called herself “a freak about reading the ingredients” when she eats.
Cavallari said “the number one weight gainer” she avoids are dairy products.
“If you're going to get one thing out of your diet,” said the stunning wife of Bears QB Jay Cutler, “I think it should be dairy."
The genetically-gifted glamour girl, in this April 2014 shot, looked lithe even a month before giving birth.
The Denver native is mother to two boys: Camden Jack, 2, and 7-month-old Jaxon Wyatt.
