Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida finally address their looming divorce in a new clip from the Dec. 21 episode of the Real Housewives of Atlanta — and RadarOnline.com has a sneak peek!

Filmed before Nida reported to jail this summer, the preview offers an unseen look at the last days of their marriage.

Pulling an unenthusiastic Parks away from her fellow housewives to run over the problems he is having with their communication, he informs her that he doesn’t want to fight. However, he adds that he will only remain cordial if Parks does the same.

"I'm still your husband, don't forget that," Nida says to his wife. "I'm sick of straddling the fence. If two people are unhappy…it's one solution.”

Obviously things didn’t work out for the best, seeing that Parks announced in October that she’d be filing for divorce from her husband.
