'America's Got Talent' Winner Kevin Skinner Found Safe After Reported Missing; Singer Suffering From Depression, Source Says
America's Got Talent star Kevin Skinner has fallen on hard times.
RadarOnline.com can reveal that the country singer, who won the 4th season of the NBC competition show in 2009, was reported missing by family after he texted that he had fallen near his Graves County, Kentucky, home. When officers could not locate the 40-year-old father of two, Kentucky State Police promptly issued a Golden Alert on November 2.
A Kentucky State Police spokesperson confirms to RadarOnline.com that the missing musician has since been located, and is receiving a medical evaluation.
A family friend exclusively tells RadarOnline.com that Skinner has been suffering from mental illness.
"He has been depressed for quite some time," the insider claims. "His wife left him right after he wonAmerica's Got Talent. He is so talented and bright. It's just so sad."
