Ricki Lake Officially Files For Divorce From ‘Desperate For Money’ Christian Evans – She’ll Have To Pay Him $125,000

Ricki Lake officially filed for divorce from husband, Christian Evans, on October 16, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

The couple was married for two and a half years.

According to an insider, Lake kicked him out of their Marina Del Rey, Calif., condo, amid mounting issues between the pair.

“Ricki took issue with a sudden trip Christian took to Ibiza last month, alone,” an insider revealed. “And he didn’t call her on her birthday.”

Under terms of their prenup, Lake will pay 43-year-old Evans $125,000 once the divorce is finalized.

Christian has been living in his car, with the couple's dog, who is need of medical attention.

"Ricki knows that Christian is desperate for money to provide himself and Pacha with the medical care they need to survive,” the source said.

She was previously married to artist Rob Sussman from 1993 to 2003. The couple has two children, Milo, 15, and Owen, 10.
