Paul Walker would have turned 41 today, September 12, and his loved ones are paying tribute to him in a series of emotional messages.

"This day is a bittersweet one. Today I'm reminded how much I miss you," the actor’s 28-year-old brother Cody Walker writes on Facebook in a message to his big brother, who died in a car crash last November 30.

"But at the same time, this day is also a reminder of how many years of memories, adventures, lessons and love I was lucky enough to share with you. Today is a celebration of all of those years."

"I always knew you were a pretty awesome brother, but these last months have shown me how awesome of an example you were for the entire world," continues Cody’s message. "Thank you for always and for continuing to be the best role model a brother could ask for. Happy Birthday, bro. I love and miss you."

As RadarOnline.com reported, Walker died in a car crash with pal Roger Rodas in Santa Clarita, Calif., last fall. He was on hiatus from filming the seventh installment of the Fast & The Furious star at the time of his passing.
