They say a scorned woman never forgets, which is exactly what Joe Francis should fear.
Tamra Favazza sued the Girls Gone Wild founder after discovering she was recorded without permission and featured in many of Francis’ company’s DVDs. After years of litigation, a Missouri Court finally awarded Favazza $5.77 million.
But RadarOnline.com can report exclusively that Favazza has yet to see her winnings and is looking to collect on them as soon as possible. According to documents obtained by Radar, there are “insufficient assets” in Missouri to cover her big victory. But there “exists substantial assets in the Central District of California,” meaning Favazza’s personal assets!
Favazza also states that the porn king has failed to file an appeal within the legal time frame to do so, so she filed the judgment in California where he lives in an attempt to start the collection process.
The lawsuit came about after Favazza claimed she was a 20-year-old college student in 2005 when someone lifted her tank top at a party and exposed her breasts, with someone catching it on film. She later discovered herself on the DVD Girls Gone Wild Sorority Orgy.
