Dina Lohan Blows Off Court Appearance In Foreclosure Case

It looks like Lindsay isn’t the only Lohan to blow-off court appearances. RadarOnline.com can exclusively report that the troubled actress’ mother Dina, 51, failed to show up to a foreclosure settlement conference in Nassau Civil Court on May 27.
Just weeks before she was arrested for DUI, the former momager was sued by JPMorgan Chase Bank last September for failing to make payments on her $1.3 million Long Island, New York home.

Since she flaked on the appearance, Dina is now in foreclosure default, court documents state.
Amongst other examples, Lindsay infamously almost failed to appear in court after missing a flight from New York to Los Angeles in March 2013.
