Legal Victory! ‘Shahs Of Sunset’ Star Asa Rahmati Settles Lawsuit With Water Company - Read The Documents
A legal battle that has gone on for months between Asa Rahmati and another water company finally has ended — with a settlement — and RadarOnline.com has all of the exclusive details!
After being sued by Gastroceuticals, LLC for trademark infringement, claiming that the Shahs of Sunset star’s brand, Diamond Water, was too similar to its brand, Dymund, Rahmati previously won a small battle when a judge shot down an injunction against Diamond Water.
The judge claimed that the plaintiff’s argument was weak, and that the two bottles look nothing alike. The judge also decided that consumers would not confuse the Bravolebrity’s diamond-infused water with “Dymund,” as the former is more popular than the latter.
But the legal war wasn’t over yet.
According to documents obtained by Radar, the two parties were ordered to attend mediation in an attempt to settle the case before proceeding to trial. Both Rahmati and Gastroceuticals attended the meeting, and following a conference both were able to reach a settlement.
